About the course:

This course is a good starting point for the exploration of wine styles, food and wine pairing and making the most of wine by learning about the correct storage and service conditions.

The course is suitable for anyone who wishes to start career in hospitality and wine industry and also expand their wine knowledge starting with basic grapes varieties, food and wine matching, wine styles and also basic rules of storing and serving the wine.

The course will be based around a 4-week, 7 module online learning programme with educator support available for this time. Please read the course details here for more details. 

No prior knowledge is required for that course.

This course is examined with a 45 minute multiple choice questions paper consisting of 30 questions. The pass mark is 70% . Exam can be taken online or in person. Please read the course details for more information.
