About the course:
This course is a good starting point for the exploration of wine styles, food and wine pairing and making the most of wine by learning about the correct storage and service conditions.
The course is suitable for anyone who wishes to start career in hospitality and wine industry and also expand their wine knowledge starting with basic grapes varieties, food and wine matching, wine styles and also basic rules of storing and serving the wine.
No prior knowledge is required for that course.
Evenings 6.30-8.30 One evening a week for three weeks
Day release 9.00 – 5.pm One day
Course price £100 per person
Includes study materials, samples, tuition, examination and tasting glasses.Study materials are issued at the start of the course.
This course is examined with a 45 minute multiple choice questions paper consisting of 30 questions. The pass mark is 70% and the exam takes place in the last session of each course.
